The stand fee paid for is for the exhibition space only, companies can choose to order a shell scheme or build their own stand.

What’s included?

• 2 Company personnel to cover the stand
• Complimentary tea/coffee for 2 stand personnel each day
• Lunch for 2 stand personnel each day
• Copy of the delegate list on request
• Free Company Editorial of not more than 80 words in the Conference
  Programme
• Conference Programme, Book of Abstracts and List of Participants

Additional passes for personnel to attend the exhibition for the duration of the conference are available at a reduced cost of £140.00
Personnel only have access to the exhibition room, if they would like to attend the lectures personnel would need to purchase a delegate day pass at a reduced cost of £100.00
