Tickets can be booked via the FIS registration form.
Tickets booked will be given to you when you arrive at the conference.

General Information

Registration and payment of fees will be available on-site
Pre – booked registrations; all outstanding registration fees will be expected to be settled y the delegate upon arrival at the conference.

Invoices
Delegates can request an invoice for their registration fee but the following restrictions will apply:-

All delegates requesting an invoice must submit their registration application to anne@hartleytaylor.co.uk along with the invoice address

Invoices can be made out to the paying authority but ALL invoices will be sent directly to the delegate. It is the delegate’s responsibility to ensure the invoice is passed to the correct department and that payment is made before the conference.

Cancellations
Notification of cancellations must be sent, in writing, to the Conference Organisers. Cancellations will be accepted until 5 weeks prior to the meeting (13th October 2010) with a refund of all fees. Substitutions of attendees can be made at any time by contacting the registration department at anne@hartleytaylor.co.uk

However, the Conference Organisers and its agents reserve the right to alter or cancel, without prior notice, any arrangements, timetables, plans or other items relating directly or indirectly to the Conference, for any cause beyond its reasonable control. The Conference Organisers and its agents are not liable for any loss or inconvenience caused as a result of such alteration. In the event of cancellation of the Conference all pre-paid fees will be refunded in full. However, the Conference Organisers and its agents are not liable for any loss or inconvenience caused as a result of such cancellation. Delegates are advised to take out their own travel insurance and to extend their policy to cover personal possessions as the Conference does not cover individuals against cancellation of bookings or theft or damage to belongings.
